There are 3 main reasons why your package is still waiting to be shipped (especially if you've selected USPS shipping):

• We are short on stock and/or raw materials and need to produce your designs from scratch. All custom kits will need up to 7 days' processing time.
• USPS is under a lot of stress at the moment are unable to keep up with demand.
• USPS is prioritizing the delivery of face masks and our goods are continuously forced further behind queues.

All postal services everywhere are suffering from tighter regulations and long product queues at customs.
We've recently found more reliable courier services that should make this much less of a problem and wait times have reduced from 4-6 weeks to about 1-2 weeks.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to load into the system.
